1. Description of Service

TraceForge provides tools for capturing fraud evidence, reconstructing conversations, analyzing fraud patterns, and generating investigator-ready reports.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Upload only evidence you have rights to use
• Not upload illegal content
• Not use TraceForge to harass, dox, or target individuals
• Not impersonate law enforcement or investigators
• Not attempt to identify individuals from evidence

3. Fraud Intelligence Disclaimer

TraceForge analyzes fraud patterns, behaviors, and repeated structures. TraceForge does NOT:

• Identify scammers
• Determine criminal identity
• Assert guilt or wrongdoing
• Provide law enforcement conclusions

All intelligence results are probabilistic and for informational purposes only.

4. Evidence Handling

Evidence is processed to extract text, metadata, and fraud patterns. Evidence is stored until the user deletes it.

5. Subscription Plans

Free, Plus, and Pro plans have different capabilities. Plan limits and feature gating are enforced by the Service.

6. Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Refunds are handled according to Stripe’s policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

TraceForge is not liable for user-generated content, investigative outcomes, law enforcement decisions, third-party actions, or financial losses resulting from fraud. The Service is provided “as-is” without warranties.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
