Introduction
- TraceForge provides fraud pattern analysis, case intelligence tools, and investigator workflow features. TraceForge does not identify individuals, label anyone as a criminal, or make determinations of guilt.
- TraceForge is operated by Sad Dragon LLC (Texas, USA).
User Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate information.
- Users must not upload illegal content.
- Users must not use TraceForge to target individuals.
- Users must not use TraceForge to impersonate law enforcement.
Fraud Pattern Analysis Disclaimer
- TraceForge analyzes fraud patterns, scripts, behaviors, and repeated structures.
- TraceForge does not identify scammers, determine criminal identity, assert guilt or wrongdoing, or provide law enforcement conclusions.
Case Packet Disclaimer
- Case packets are generated automatically based on user-provided evidence. TraceForge does not guarantee completeness or accuracy.
Enterprise API Disclaimer
- API results are pattern-based and probabilistic. They are not identity claims.
Limitation of Liability
- TraceForge is not liable for user-generated content, investigative outcomes, law enforcement decisions, or third-party actions.
Termination
- TraceForge may suspend accounts for violations of the Acceptable Use Policy.
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
