This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes permitted and prohibited uses of the TraceForge platform. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, submit, or transmit:
- Illegal content
- Child exploitation material
- Stolen data or hacked content
- Malware, ransomware, or harmful code
- Content intended to harass, dox, or threaten individuals
- Content you do not have rights to use
2. Prohibited Behavior
- Attempting to identify individuals from evidence
- Impersonating investigators or law enforcement
- Using TraceForge to target or stalk individuals
- Attempting to reverse engineer or bypass security
- Automated scraping or bulk extraction of platform data
3. Fraud Intelligence Limitations
TraceForge provides fraud pattern analysis. It does not identify scammers, determine criminal identity, or provide law enforcement conclusions.
4. Enforcement
Violations may result in account suspension or termination. Severe violations may be reported to appropriate authorities.
