Refund Policy

TraceForge subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Refunds are handled in accordance with Stripe’s policies and applicable law.

1. Subscription Refunds

TraceForge does not automatically issue refunds for subscription payments. Users may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are granted at our discretion.

2. Fraudulent Charges

If you believe your payment was unauthorized, contact Stripe or your bank immediately. We will cooperate with legitimate fraud investigations.

3. Canceling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Canceling prevents future charges but does not automatically refund past payments.
